What Is The Best Weight Loss Diet Pill

For millions of Americans struggling with weight loss, a diet pill may seem the best alternative. In determining whether or not a person should consider a diet pill, there are some factors to take into consideration.


Even the best weight loss diet pill carries with it some risk. The side effects range from gastrointestinal discomfort to increased blood pressure which can lead to additional cardiac problems. The need for a weight loss pill must outweigh these risks.


First of all, a diet pill is not for the person who needs a five to ten pound weight loss to achieve an ideal body weight. People with a BMI of 27 or higher who need to achieve significant weight loss to be at their ideal body weight are candidates for a weight loss diet pill.


People who have a BMI of 27 or higher run the risk of developing Type II diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and metabolic disorder which is a combination of several cardiac problems. People who are obese, which technically speaking is having a body weight that is at least 10% higher than their ideal body weight, may be good candidates for a weight loss diet pill because the risks from their current condition outweigh the risks of taking a prescription diet pill.


Even within this category, physicians usually begin by recommending a good diet and exercise program. The obese patient should work with a qualified dietician and exercise physiologist for around six months. If at the end of six months, and if the patient has tried in earnest to lose weight and has not had significant weight loss, a weight loss diet pill may be prescribed.

Each group ate two meals during a session, and then reported their hunger levels. Two hormones appetite were measured, (an appetite stimulant) ghrelin and peptide YY (an appetite suppressor).


During the Conference to go training, decreased levels of ghrelin and peptide YY levels increased, suggesting that the appetite was suppressed by the hormones. During the formation of weight, decreased ghrelin levels, but there was no significant change in peptide YY levels. These hormonal effects appetite lasted a few hours or both types of exercise. The researchers concluded that both types of exercise suppressed hunger, but increased appetite occurred by use of treadmill.


"The conclusion that the hunger is suppressed during and immediately after treadmill vigorous that running is consistent with the previous studies indicating the strenuous aerobic exercise Transiently suppresses appetite," said Dr Stensel, Manager of the study. "The results suggest a similar, though slightly attenuated response, for the exercise of weightlifting". Stensel said that such research may lead to more effective ways to use exercise to reduce weight.


Is it better to run on a treadmill or outdoors? One advantage of treadmills is walking, jogging or running in them. You get almost the same training on a treadmill as it would run in the open air. Of course, when you are outdoors you can see more landscapes, but inside they allow watching television or listening to the radio while they run.
